The Swan Valley Community Foundation is compiling a new comprehensive directory of services for Seniors in the Swan Valley. This includes information and resources for health care, memory issues, in home care and nutrition assistance. This guide will for the first time make information about services available in one document for seniors and elderly in the valley. It includes local, county, and state services and provider information along with contact information, names, and phone numbers. The first draft edition was presented for review and suggestions at the Community Celebration in June. It is also available here on the Foundation web site for review. The final edition will be released in 2025.
